Summary - Week 1 (11/04/09)
The 3rd year of the Canaries Youth Football League commenced at West View Leisure Centre on 11th April 2009.
With Year 6 defending champions Inter Fulwood Juniors taking a break Real Mahad took full advantage by winning both their opening matches convincingly.
In Year 8 both Noor Athletic and Quwwat Rangers won their opening matches to occupy joint top position.
In Year 11 Real Mahad started strongly in defending their crown by taking maximum points from their opening 2 matches. Having dispatched Quwwat Youngstarz 6-0, Noorani FC look likely to mount the biggest challenge to the Year 11 crown.
